Meet Tyler Lennon

Tyler is a Connector, Business Coach, and Guide, who is certified in Maxwell Coaching and God Talks.

 

With a visionary and entrepreneurial spirit, his path is marked by a dedication to service, a pursuit of personal growth, and a commitment to assisting others by linking them to solutions that address their needs.

 

Tyler’s rich tapestry of life experiences has uniquely equipped him for this next phase of his life. He has served as a Pastor and President of a Non-Profit and safely organized and directed several hundred people from all walks of life on over 60 international and domestic service trips.

 

He owned a stand-up paddle board company and safely organized and instructed several hundred people from all walks of life to conquer their fears and learn how to properly paddle and surf in the open ocean.  

 

Before moving to TN with his wife and son, he worked the last seven years in Executive Protection for high-profile entertainment industry clients.  

 

These varied roles have allowed him to develop an ability to engage with people, solve problems, optimize situations, connect, lead, coach, train, teach, protect, guide, and encourage and now together, you'll have the tools and support you need to get to the next phase of your life successfully too.

Tyler has been happily married for 29 years and his son Rand is the sole reason 44 Sports Connect LLC was started so he could be a more present and supportive father.  Tyler's dedication starts with his family and overflows into his clients offering the best in service helping people achieve their leadership and growth goals.
